Green credentials
Dalat Edensee, the first
resort in Tuyen Lam lake
area, is a first-class destina-
tion combining breathtaking
surroundings, personalised

The resort has recently add-
ed another environmental
award to its collection: the
“Green Lotus” award by The
Guide and Vietnam Econom-
ic Times.
This means the Dalat
Edensee has been recognised
for its magnificent location
offering the most spectacu-
lar natural setting in Dalat.
The “Green Lotus” award was
presented for meeting the
set of criteria set by the Min-
istry of Culture, Sports and
Tourism with regards to sus-
tainable tourism.
The award is granted to
tourism accommodation op-
tions which meet standards
on environmental protection
and sustainable develop-
ment, making efforts to pro-
tect the environment, use
of natural resources and en-
ergy efficiently, plus contri-
butions to the preservation
of heritage and the develop-
ment of the local economy,
culture and society.

ang Sun Peninsula Resort
took home the notable
awards at the World Travel
Awards for the first time at
the gala ceremony in Dubai
recently.
Over four hundred sen-
ior travel decision-makers
from across Asia and Aus-
tralasia attended one of
the most important events
in the travel industry cal-
endar. The resort was
crowned as Asia’s Leading
New Resort and Vietnam’s
Leading Resort .
These accolades recog-
nise the commitment to ex-
cellence which the organisa-
tion has demonstrated in the
last twelve months.
First open to guests in
June 2013 as the flagship
IHG resort in Vietnam, The

redefined luxury in Danang
and throughout Vietnam
and received much inter-
national recognition for its
