Da Nang to host Int’l Paramotor Race
The Da Nang International Paramotor Race – DIPR 2012 will be held the first time in Vietnam from May 23-27, 2012.
The Da Nang’s People’s Committee held a press conference on May 4 to introduce the event and signed the funding contract for DIPR 2012.
The competition was organized by the Da Nang’s People’s Committee, under the consultation of Japan Hanggliding Federation and Japanese Airea Company.
The event, followed by the regulations of the Flight Ambulance International (FAI), will offer amazing performances of 25 competitors from 4 countries including Japan, France, the US and Poland.
The event aims to advertise a new sport game to the people and attract more visitors to Da Nang City, said the Vice Chairman of the city, Nguyen Xuan Anh.
