The integrated Celadon City township in Ho Chi Minh City has started the handover of the Block A Ruby Precinct, offering project greenery.

Block A Ruby Precinct consists of 263 completed apartments available for handover, with apartment prices starting from VND1.5 billion ($72,100) including VAT.

Over 2,000 matured trees have been planted around the 16 hectare Celadon Central Park to enhance the township’s surrounding green environment.

At the celebration of Block A handover on April 13, Celadon City’s management board gave away bicycles to the first batch of owners of the township to encourage a green way of life. The management board is promoting the use of carbon-free means of transportation.

Celadon City will cover up to 82ha in all in the northwest of Ho Chi Minh City. Its central park was completed late 2011. Japanese leading retailer Aeon plans to open a big-sized shopping centre in Celadon City in January 2014.
