For the third consecutive year, CBRE Vietnam won four key real estate awards from the annual Euromoney Real Estate Awards 2014.

Those are the number one overall advisory and consulting, number one agency/letting, number one Valuation and number one research.

In Asia Pacific, CBRE secured 18 awards in the Advisors and Consultants category, including six overall country wins—testament to the strength of CBRE’s business in the region.

CBRE Group has been named the top global real estate advisory firm in the 2014 Euromoney real estate awards.

CBRE is the only firm to achieve top honors in three consecutive years, and has now earned the highest award seven times in the ten years that Euromoney has been running its real estate awards program.

In addition, CBRE was honored as the leading global valuation services provider, also for the third year in a row. This award reflects CBRE’s success at delivering valuations around the world that meet high-quality global standards.

According to Bob Sulentic, president and chief executive officer from CBRE, winning the top global award for the third consecutive year is a significant achievement and a strong motivation for the company to stay focused on continuing to raise the industry standard for excellence.

Marc Townsend, managing director of CBRE Vietnam shared that he delighted to receive this prestigious award from Euromoney.

“It demonstrates that by putting the customer first, every time, that great results can be achieved, even in a very challenging market,” said Townsend.
