BMW Group Segment Financial Services recently signed its first strategic partnership agreement with Vietnam International Bank.

The partnership will enable BMW Group customers who wish to purchase any BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad vehicle to pick from a wide range of financing products and services offered by Vietnam International Bank (VIB). Services include preferential interest rates, competitive fees, diverse life insurance products, and fast-tracked consideration of auto loans, which may be approved within 24 hours from complete submission of the application documents.

In addition, VIB will dedicate a specialised team to serving BMW and MINI customers in line with the brands’ international standards. This encompasses a separate customer service hotline, senior support specialists, and a separate evaluation process among other advantages.

“Our decision to partner up with VIB is part of the grand strategy to enhance customer experience for all BMW Group customers in the Asia-Pacific. We selected VIB as our partner in Vietnam based on their extensive infrastructure and facilities across the country as well asits international standard services, highly professional approach, and good reputation. When combined with Euro Auto’s professional sales staff, our customers will enjoy greater convenience and an altogether better experience,” said Balazs Janossy, regional sales manager of BMW Group Segment Financial Services in the Asia-Pacific region.

Likewise, head of Retail Banking at VIB, Godfrey Swain, said that the bank was delighted about this partnership with BMW and MINI dealers in Vietnam, as well as BMW Group Segment Financial Services.

“Our expertise, experience, and reputation will put us in a good position to provide seamless financing services to those interested in BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad vehicles, both new and pre-owned. VIB will also assist BMW customers in proactively making sound financial decisions to completely enjoy the experience of buying BMW vehicles,” Swain noted.
