In the first phase, around $100 million will be poured into the construction of  a hotel and resort complex, which will provide around 1,000 rooms.

The company is also constructing a high-end residential project, the Diamond Island Sky Resort, in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 2.

A company source said around 70 per cent of the first phase, next to the Thu Thiem new urban area,      was sold and 250 apartments in different types would be handed over to clients in next year’s fourth quarter.
