Archi Invest cooperates with CBRE

The Archi Invest Joint Stock Company, an affiliate of property developer Archi Group, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CB Richard Ellis Vietnam to research ecological property projects in Vietnam.


The cooperation will push up the development of ecological properties and provide valuable information on the sector to investors and customers. CBRE will supply research and information database and analysis to Archi.

According to Archi Invest, the agreement would help it to develop a deep and diversified understanding of the sector in northern Vietnam.

The cooperation would also help Archi Invest to approach professional investment partners and develop ecological property projects.

Nguyen Thanh Nam, general director of Archi Invest, said the company highly appreciated experiences shared by CBRE in real estate market research.

“We also at the same time believe that this agreement would lay a foundation for long term cooperation between two sides,” Nam said.

Archi Invest is a multi functional development company. The company has expanding its investment to real estate market, especially the resort and ecological properties.

So far the Archi Invest has introduced four high-grade resort projects, namely Yen Bai Villas, Tan Vien Villas and Resort, Vien Nam Resort and Lam Son Resort.
