Another 53,000 tonne ship to be built for export
The Ha Long Shipbuilding Company has started building a 53,000 tonne cargo ship that will be exported to Thailand’s Thoresen Thai Company.

This is the tenth ship in a series of 53,000 tonne ships built for export by the Ha Long Shipbuilding Company – a member of the Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin).
The bulk cargo ship is favoured by customers around the world.
The ship was designed by the Carl Bro Company from Denmark and supervised by Norway’s Register DNV.
