Akzonobel Vietnam grabs sustainability awards
AkzoNobel Paints Vietnam has won global and local awards for its sustainable development.
The European firm was recognised at the Global Sustainability Leadership Awards 2014 in the best business eco-efficiency category and Vietnam’s Golden Dragon Awards 2013.
The former recognised companies with outstanding achievements in sustainability and this year saw 2,500 case studies from different parts of the globe. AkzoNobel was the only company in Vietnam to have won an award in the category.
The company’s two Vietnam product lines are Dulux and Maxilite paints. They are certified Green Label by the Singapore Environment Council.
